St. Catherine University: Moodle

I've gotten a smattering of emails about how to change your preferences for receiving emails from Moodle. The documentation for that process is here at the Moodle documentation site, but the steps are relatively simple.

1. Navigate to your profile by clicking your name in the top right of the Moodle page.
2. Click "Edit Profile," to edit all your basic settings as a user of Moodle.
3. Change the setting for "Email digest type" to the setting that works best for you.
   

Lots of you probably just got buried in Moodle forum messages because a request from a user convinced me to check a configuration in Moodle (again). This time it un-blocked your moodle forum messages, so you should be getting notifications about the forums you subscribe to from now on.

Note that from now on these should be churning out about every 30 minutes unless you've enable digest emails, which will run every 24 hours. You can manage your forum subscriptions in each course forum you're a student in by clicking the subscribe/unsubscribe link at the top right of forum pages in your courses.
